A leading pharmaceutical vaccine brand ran a 9-month multi-screen unbranded campaign from April 2022 to December 2022, across over 5,000 pharmacies to:
- Raise awareness of the advertised Shingles vaccine among pharmacy shoppers aged 50+
- Encourage shoppers to ask their pharmacist about the vaccine
Results
The unbranded campaign delivered incremental increases in new vaccine doses in the pharmacies immediately from campaign start through end of campaign and provided a phenomenal ROI:
- Test Pharmacies produced a 21.7% increase in new injections vs. control resulting in over 100,000 incremental
new injections in the pharmacies with advertising - Achieved a 136:1 ROI in new vaccine sales

IQVIA, a leading third-party health science analytics partner, analyzed proprietary pharmacy prescription data for a set of pre-defined Test and Control groups of pharmacies across pre- and post-campaign periods.
